Yoga on the Beach

Yoga on the beach will be a combination of practices bringing the deep muscle work of yin yoga and the grace of vinyasa together. Yoga may include yoga flow and yin yoga which are long held restorative poses interspersed with gentle flowing exercises.
Instructor: Angela Blaha
Location: North Point Recreation Area
1 mile northwest of Pickstown off US 281, turn west to camp ground area.
Date: Wednesday’s at 7:00 pm
We will be on the beach by the playground set.
