Do you feel like your stuck in the mud? Are there times in your life when you need someone to help you move forward? We are always changing, and sometimes we get stuck and need a little nudge to get us over the hump. If you are feeling this way, it is time to hire a personal coach.
To get started with coaching all you really need to do is to decide that you want a personal coach. Coaching starts with a conversation about who the client is and what his/her preferences are. In coaching I will ask questions that may reveal things that you have never thought of or revealed to any one before. During the coaching process you are the leader, you decide what you want to work on and how fast you want to work. You discover all your passions and strengths, and what the self-imposed obstacles are.
In my coaching practice I focus on the clients strengths, bringing forth all the good, positives qualities you have and encourage you to grow with them. You will take the VIA strengths survey and we will work within those areas.
Coaching is NOT therapy or counseling. It is about facilitating personal breakthroughs, which allow you to work for different results. You can stop beating your head against the wall and allow yourself to break free from what is not working in your life. Many people seek coaching for greater self-awareness, to change their perception, to get clear about life decisions and goals, and then to act and to be held accountable for their decisions.
Many of my clients are asking the following question when they come to coaching:
• I want to move myself forward mentally, physically or spiritually at Quantum speed, what do I need to do to make this happen?
• How do I find useful breakthrough’s that are meaningful to my life at this moment in time.
• I want to understand my intuition and how to use it effectively in my life to make decisions, knowing the answers are accurate for me.
• I want to live my life mindfully every moment of everyday. What is being mindful and how do I use?
• I am tired of painful life lessons and want to change my responses, and actions to live more at peace, what do I need to change?
• How do I manifest my greatest desires, wants, and needs?
• How do I find my souls purpose in this crazy, busy lifestyle I live?
My specialty is Intuitive coaching where I teach you how to use your own knowledge and wisdom to find the answers you are looking for. I use positive psychology to work with your own positive strengths to find your inner wisdom and to slow down enough to hear the answers your inner wisdom is telling you.

What is it that you are attracting into your life? When you wake up in the morning, what do you say to yourself? Do you say, “good morning you beautiful, loving, caring you.” Or do you say, ” good grief it’s cloudy again, going to be another crappy day.”
When I arise in the morning, before I put my feet on the floor, I give thanks to spirit for a great night and a glorious day to come. Then I say a few prayers, meditate a little, and then I roll over and get out of bed. I am then ready to start the day in a positive manner, because I want to attract positive things into my day.
Some days when I am feeling out of sorts it is more difficult to stick to my positive routine and I notice that my day is not what I thought it would be. So as often as possible I begin with the positive routine I stated above.
When we want to have positive things enter into our lives, we need to think positively, act positively, and then the world will give us what we want. Life reacts to our every move, every thought, every feeling. So if I find myself criticizing something I do, or think, the world reacts to it. Life does not happen to me, I create my life. I am fully responsible for every action, thought, and feeling. No one else is responsible. I am the only one that can put myself in a bad mood and I do it with my own will, my own thinking, and the way I allow myself to feel.
Earlier this week I came down with a sore throat and headache. I could easily just give into the sick feeling and become withdrawn, blaming everyone for getting me sick, feeling achy and feel sorry for myself for having this illness. However, I choose to continue my practices of giving thanks, being positive, asking spirit how may I serve others today, sending love and light to everything and everyone I come in contact with. It really does not serve me or anyone else to complain about my illness, nor does it serve me to think and feel in a less positive way. My vibration would lower and I have worked way to hard to raise it, to allow a simple sore throat and headache ruin everything that I have worked for. So I continue with my practices and try to stay positive and continuously give thanks, meditate and pray through out the day knowing that I should be able to maintain my vibration, which will allow love, joy, peace and tranquility into my life.
So give yourself permission to feel good all the time and see how life responds back to you.
“And still, after all this time, the Sun has never said to the Earth,
“You owe me.”
Look what happens with love like that.
It lights up the sky.”

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a form of energy, which is spiritually guided. Reiki is a Japanese technique used for stress reduction, relaxation and promotes healing. It was discovered by Mikao Usui in March 1922 and is administered by the “laying on hands” unto the body.
Reiki is one of the many kinds of healing energy. This specific healing energy has Ki or life energy in which Reiki practitioners use to heal the body. Reiki practitioners, who are attuned to the life energy, are able to channel the Ki to whomever their clients either in person or via distance Reiki.
During an attunement, the Reiki Master transfers Reiki energy to the student where the energy or spiritual consciousness makes adjustments in the student’s chakras and energy pathway to allow for the channeling of the Reiki energy. It is then linked to the Reiki source. Each person has a different experience with the attunement and is a very spiritual experience. My first attunement was and still is indescribable. The energy was very powerful and the feeling of total bliss remains in my body and mind today. The most important part of the attunement is the fact that you are able to channel Reiki energy once it is completed.
Reiki energy heals by the use of Ki or life energy that continuously flows through us. Ki is responsive to thoughts and feelings, so when we have positive thoughts our Ki flow increases. When we have negative thoughts and feelings it can create unhealthy Ki, which can create energy blocks. When a person receives Reiki, the spiritual conscious part of Reiki sends healing energy to the part of the body that is blocked. The Reiki energy replaces the negative thoughts and feeling with positive thoughts and feeling releasing healthy Ki.
A Reiki treatment is simple. The recipient remains clothed and lies on a table or sits in a chair. The practitioner gently places their hands on or near the body in a series of non-intrusive positions. Sessions can take from 30 minutes to an hour depending on what the person needs. Reiki practitioners do not diagnosis, nor do they predict outcomes for treatment. It is spiritual in nature and provides love and compassion to the client from both the energy and the practitioner. Reiki is both powerful and gentle; my clients always remark how wonderful they feel after a Reiki session.
If you are interested in learning Reiki I would encourage you to seek a Reiki Master to become attuned. I will be having a Reiki I and II class later this year.

Surrender is a scary word. It’s a very powerful word for me, even the thought of the word sends chills down my arms. For me, surrender means to give up control, all control. It raises all sorts of emotions for me, like panic, fear, loss, peace, and even joy. Although it is pretty scary to think about giving in, at the same time there’s a sense of peace of not having to be in charge. To just let go. There’s a real sense of freedom to letting go.
To surrender, to give in, to loose all control, I’m pretty sure I have never really don’t that, ever! How does one completely surrender?
I know that is what I need to do and it’s why I’m laying here on my back with stitches, no lifting, bending or twisting for 3 months. So how do I begin to surrender – what is the first step? And what am I surrendering to?
I begin my journey to surrender by becoming aware – the word surrender is not a common word I use, nor do I hear it used very often. However, one morning during meditation it popped into my head and has remained there for some time now. I work with it for a while, leave it and then return. It seems to be such a huge concept that I cannot deal with it all at once, so I simply leave it and return when the time is right.
Awareness is always the first step in anything I do. I am aware that I need to surrender, but to what am I surrendering? To God, myself, my soul, my life, what? All of the above, probably.
Next, I meditate. I have been meditating on the word. Asking all kinds of questions around the concept. Today I finally received a message. To focus on what I really want…really that’s it, that’s all I have to do to surrender? Most likely not, but for today it is what I have to do. So I put my goals, desires and wishes down on paper. Now I wait!
Until further information is received, that’s all I can do. Wait! It’s almost a big a word as surrender. I’m not very patient, so this is hard. But what do I wait for? I wait for the opportunities to reveal themselves. And when the opportunities reveal themselves, then I allow them to take shape. I allow them to present themselves and to actually act on them. When opportunities present themselves, we question whether it’s the right thing to do, or if this is just my ego telling me I should do it. Take the risk, what is there to loose? I can hear many of you saying OMG or cringing at the thought of taking the risk. But really what do you have to loose? Instead think about all that you will gain by surrendering and taking a new risk.
In retrospect, surrender really isn’t that scary of a word. When we put everything into a positive perspective and break it down into workable format, everything can be simplified to fit who we are. Just surrender, hand things over to spirit and take the risk.

I’m not sure about you, but this Mercury retrograde has been all about learning for me. Actually since my back surgery it has been all about learning and healing.
My process has included many books, many gatherings of like minded people and meditation, journaling and writing.
It has been trying at times and so rewarding at other times.
My recent learning experience has been with a book called, “How to read the Akashic Records,” by Linda Howe. I was introduced to Akashic Records about 4 years ago and have always been interested in how to access the records. Well come to find out it is pretty easy. The Akashic Records are the amazing records of your soul which are kept in safe keeping by nonphysical Light Beings called the Lords of the Records.
I have visited my records several times now and it is amazing how clear the information is. I have noticed that the questions you ask need to be questions of knowledge or wisdom. No yes or no questions, they seem highly irritated with you when you ask simple questions.
If you are interested in the Akashic Records and the process please let me know and I will forward information to you. You can e-mail me at angelablaha005@gmail.com.
